Stewart & Company was founded in 1986. We are a South African firm of Chartered Accountants performing the general duties of public accountants and auditors. We operate from our own building in Ferndale, Randburg.
The practice has been in existence since 1986, and the current Director, Shaun Coetzee has been involved since 1991. He is ably assisted by thirteen professional and support staff employed on a full time basis. Shaun qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989, thereafter he served two years national service at the Johannesburg Receiver of Revenue office. In 1992 Shaun obtained a Higher Diploma In Tax Law from the University of the Witwatersrand.
The practice is registered as a Training office with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, Public Accountants and Auditors Board as well as FASSET (SETA for finance, accounting, management consulting and other related services.)
The practice is registered as a Financial Advisory and Intermediary Service provider with the Financial Services Board (FSP16285).
